9th Degree Media is a virtual creative studio working with brands in the United States, the United Kingdom, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we" means 9th Degree Media.

When you fill in our form, we collect what you type: your name, work email, brand name, product URL, monthly ad spend range and what you need. If you arrive from a link we sent you, we also note which page you came from.

Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. We don't use advertising trackers or sell data.

We use your form details only to reply to you, to decide whether we're a fit, to deliver your Founding Launch Test if we go ahead, and to talk about working together. We rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Only the service providers we need to run the business, such as website hosting and email, under their own data-protection terms. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless we're working together and need them for that work. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR, South Africa's POPIA or the UAE's data-protection law), you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we'll choose a privacy-friendly option and update this page first.
